Bognor Regis in West Sussex

Bognor Regis is a sunny seaside resort with the attraction of a historic old fishing village. The history of the Bognor Regis can be traced all the way back to the Iron Age, although little is known of the town until the Saxons occupied it around 480 A.D. The roots as a fishing village are still to be seen as local fishermen still tend their boats.
Reputedly the sunniest place in England, Bognor can also boast its clean and unpolluted sea and beaches. The pier is one of the highlights of the beachfront community. With relaxing bars on the beach to games and other attractions, Bognor is a great place to kick back and relax.
