Long Melford in Suffolk

The ideal place for antique hunters, Long Melford boasts a myriad of shops on its three-mile long High Street selling all sorts of unique curios. The cloth makers of Melford had shaped the popularity of this town. Built by wealthy weavers, two notable stately homes, Melford Hall and Kentwell Hall, are open to visitors. Situated at the bottom of the High Street, the beautiful church of Holy Trinity towers above all other buildings and can be seen from anywhere in Long Melford. The church also features vibrant stained glass windows.
