DUNFERMLINE was originally the capital of Scotland and is also one of the oldest settlements. King Robert the Bruce and other famous Scottish people were buried in Dunfermline. Take a trip along to Dunfermline Abbey and the visitor centre where you can catch up on the historical background. Visit the Pittencrief Park with the museum and remains of the Malcolm Canmore tower.
