Shetland Islands in Shetland

SHETLAND Isles a group of islands off the coast of Scotland to the far north. All with their own pluses, lots of excellent scenery, wildlife and beaches. Walking, climbing, otter and seal watching, bird watching , fishing in the trout filled lochs, so much to see and do. Lerwick is the busy capital of Shetland with its harbour, welcoming all the visitors arriving by cruisers or yachts. For the sightseers visit Lodberries where you will find the old merchants’ houses with their own piers, Fort Charlotte with excellent views from the gunports and Clickimin Broch for its Bronze and Iron Age architecture.
