Landmarks

BT Tower

This was originally known as the Post Office Tower and was the tallest building in London. It is 580ft high, with a 40ft high mast at the top giving it a total of 620ft. At one time it was open to the public but following concern over potential security risks it has been closed for some time which is a pity because there are spectacular views to be had from the top. An alternative to consider if you want far reaching views over London would be a trip on the London Eye.
