This opened in 1910 and soon became known as a venue for American entertainers and touring circuses from around the world. It was then for a short period used as an ice-skating rink but nowadays it stages mostly musicals such as 'Oliver' and 'Saturday night Fever'. It has a seating capacity of about 2300. Backstage tours are also available on the following days and times - Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri at 12.30pm and 4.30pm, Weds and Sat. at 12.30pm only and the price is £4.
