ARRAN is one of the many islands situated off the west coast of Scotland with the same beauty that main island Scotland has. A popular holiday resort for the young and old with various outdoor activities like walking, climbing, golfing, cycling or pony trekking. For the wildlife fans there is plenty to see in the mountains from eagles to deer whilst near the coastal caves there are colonies of seals. The island in the north is rugged and course whilst in the south more gentle . There is a ferry service to certain parts of the island with an excellent timetable.
